What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 2:00 PM and check-out is by 12:00 noon. For early check-in or late check-out we are happy to help subject to availability — just contact us on WhatsApp.
How can I make a reservation?
Simply fill in the reservation form on our website — your request reaches us instantly and we confirm via WhatsApp. You are also welcome to book directly by phone.
Is breakfast included?
Yes — our rich regional breakfast is included and served in the stone courtyard or on the terrace.
Is parking available?
The mansion is located in the historic bazaar quarter; free parking areas are available nearby. Message us on WhatsApp for directions and parking tips.
Is the hotel suitable for families with children?
Absolutely. Our family rooms (with single + double bed layouts) are ideal for guests with children. Please mention a baby cot request when booking.
Do you accept pets?
Due to the historic fabric of the mansion and the comfort of all guests, please contact us before booking regarding our pet policy.
Is the restaurant open to non-guests?
Yes, our terrace restaurant and café also welcome day visitors. At weekends and in high season we recommend reserving a table.
How do I get to the mansion from the airport?
The nearest airport is Mardin (MQM), about 70 km away; Batman (BAL) is an alternative. Just message us when booking and we will help arrange a transfer.
