We welcome our guests in a 236-year-old stone mansion in Midyat’s historic Akçakaya quarter, built from the region’s characteristic honey-coloured limestone. Named after Queen Zenobia of Palmyra, the mansion is a living piece of Tur Abdin heritage with its carved stonework, cool courtyard and terrace overlooking the Mardin plain.
Each of our nine rooms has been restored with respect for the historic fabric and equipped with modern comforts. Our terrace restaurant serves a regional breakfast and highlights of Syriac cuisine, and our sand-brewed coffee is served in the centuries-old courtyard.
Our Vision
To be the region’s most recommended boutique mansion, keeping the cultural heritage of Tur Abdin alive.
Our Mission
To offer a warm, personal and unforgettable Mesopotamian stay while carefully preserving the historic texture.
